By accessing or using GuapStax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GuapStax is a manual-first personal finance application. You may use the service to track debt, plan payoff strategies, record income and expenses, and model cash flow scenarios. You agree to provide accurate information when entering data into the service.

The service does not connect to your bank accounts or financial institutions. All data is entered manually by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@guapstax.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into GuapStax. We do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or another user's account;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service in bulk;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

GuapStaxis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. GuapStax is a planning tool and is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuapStax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms. On termination, you may request export of your data by contacting us at support@guapstax.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
